Welcome to LisReads
Hi you all! Welcome to LisReads! On this blog I will - obviously - write about books. It is part of my new BookTube channel ‘LisReads’. On this channel I will be making video’s about books, you can think off reviews, haul. tags and lots more. Suggestions are always welcome. My first video will be up soon, in the meanwhile you can stay updated here on my blog and on my Twitter account.
I will post all of my video’s here and will also right some blogposts about books and whatever I feel like. I really hope you will be enjoying my YouTube channel and ofcourse this blog.
Who am I?
Well I am Lisanne, that’s probably hard to pronounce so you can call me Lis. I’m a 17-year-old girl from the Netherlands. I study journalism and besides that I like to blog, vlog and read.. I started my first blog 4 years ago www.beautyblossom.nl It’s a beautyblog, that is my other hobby, make-up and blogging about it. I sometimes did a post about books I read on Beautyblossom but my visitors didn’t really like those. So I started a book blog www.booksandkisses.nl with 4 other girls. I already made video’s for Beautyblossom and I also started making video’s for Books & Kisses. But making book video’s in Dutch wasn’t really what I wanted.

Making video’s in Dutch felt like a restriction. I couldn’t really interact with the BookTube community, so last Saturday night the idea popped in my head to make a whole new channel, LisReads, and so I did.. LisReads is the result and I really hope I can finally interact with other booktubers and to just have fun making video’s.
